Mindful Alignment Yoga & Pilates

Mindful Alignment Yoga & Pilates offers a bio-mechanically sound approach to the ancient practice of yoga. Poses are taught offering the knowledge of anatomy through standing poses, twists or restorative poses as well as mat exercises from the STOTT Pilates repertoire. Classes are thoughtfully sequenced for those who would like to integrate alignment based yoga with Pilates to connect the two methods. 

This is an all levels class, no prior yoga or Pilates experience needed.

Beginner Perfect Your Reformer Skills

Wednesdays 11am

Better understand the basic building block movements to more complex Pilates exercises with this technique-focused reformer class. Each session has a particular focus to increase your awareness and understanding of functional movement. This class is perfect for those who have completed the Pilates Fundamentals program, or those who want to dive into the details of the Pilates exercises.
