Whether you're dealing with issues like back pain, SI problems, hypermobility, neck/shoulder discomfort, pelvic floor challenges, plantar fasciitis, or post-surgery recovery, Movement Therapy can make a significant difference. The method helps you exercise and move efficiently, fostering a lifetime of pain-free, healthy movement.

Small Group Classes

Small group classes allow you to practice personalized movement plans and receive valuable feedback. These classes are ideal for students that are a part of 1:1 Movement Therapy to check in, get your questions answered, and refine techniques based on how your body feels that day. It's the perfect place to practice your 'homework' from your 1:1 sessions. However, the inclusive nature of the classes means they are open to everyone.

With a subscription to the extensive on-demand video library, you can access classes anytime, anywhere, ensuring flexibility in your fitness journey. Foundational videos as well as Pilates, Yoga & Fitness videos.
