Did you know for every extra bendy part you have a tight part? I know it’s hard to believe when we just feel extra flexible, or extra tight, but If you’re always stretching the same thing with no lasting results, that’s why. In the Pilates for Hypermobility Course, I’ll teach you how to first stabilize your extra bendy parts and then mobilize the tight parts within some common exercises.
And that is just part of what I teach you inside the Pilates for Hypermobility course as well as within the Santosha Movement Society, the membership with my highest level of support. The PFH course is offered 3 times per year-Sept, Feb and May. You’ll get personalized attention as we teach you the necessary foundations that must be in place before we begin to strengthen! If you’re wondering why exercise hasn’t worked for you in the past, this is the missing link!
This is an intro course for those with Hypermobility/EDS as well as Instructors and practitioners wanting to expand their knowledge of this population’s needs.
