You finally have a moment to breathe, stretch, move, laugh, rest. There’s no rushing, no pressure, no juggling. Just you, reconnecting with your body, your nervous system, and a supportive circle of people who get it.
This is the annual Santosha Day Retreat!
It’s a reset. A recharge. A “this is what I’ve been needing” kind of weekend.

Liminalia in Vernonia is a warm, inviting space with plenty of places to gather, move, rest, and simply be. This will be a peaceful retreat surrounded by crisp fall air and trees.
We’ll spend the day moving through a few Pilates, Yoga, and Fitness practices, strolling through the wooded property, lounging in the sky beds, and enjoying hot and cold therapies including the sauna, cold plunge, steam room, and river.
This is a day to breathe, stretch, move, laugh, rest, and just slow down. No rushing, no pressure, no juggling all the things. Just a day to reconnect with your body, your nervous system, and a supportive group of people who get it.
And of course, there will be a delicious, healthy Mediterranean lunch spread to keep us fueled, plus the highly anticipated Santosha Swag Bag! 🌲💜
This retreat is a long standing Santosha tradition- we've been doing it since 2018! It's our time to step away from the bustle of everyday life and into nature to recharge with Pilates movement, strolls through nature, hot and cold therapies, delicious food, and friendships new and old. It’s so special!
