Santosha Pilates Movement Therapy

Offerings

Santosha Pilates Movement Therapy

Pilates Movement Therapy (PMT) offers a personalized approach to pain, postural imbalances, and recovery from injuries or conditions. Through private Pilates sessions, small group classes and tailored videos done in between sessions, I’ll help you understand the movement patterns that keep you stuck and teach you how to reset them for better alignment in everyday life — whether that’s playing sports, chasing kids or grandkids, or finally getting rid of nagging pain.

This hybrid model blends private Pilates sessions with recap notes, videos, and classes, so you’re supported between sessions. Instead of forgetting what we did or waiting for the next appointment, you’ll have tools, guidance, and accountability to create lasting change.

Pilates Movement Therapy acts as a bridge between physical therapy and fitness, tailoring Pilates-based movement to your body so you can build strength, prevent recurring issues, and move with ease. Many students notice changes in their alignment within just one session yet it takes commitment to build lasting strength, retrain patterns, and truly experience the long-term benefits.

Whether it’s back pain, SI joint problems, hypermobility, neck and shoulder tension, pelvic floor challenges, plantar fasciitis, or post-surgery recovery — Pilates Movement Therapy helps you move more efficiently and confidently for a lifetime of healthy, pain-free living.

Members of the Santosha Movement Society get automatic discounts on sessions and classes — and since you’ll use the membership naturally, it’s best to join before booking.

Classes & Small Groups Training

Small group classes allow you to practice your personalized movement plan and receive feedback. Online Small Groups, In Person Small Groups, and Little Kid’s Yoga available.

Online Classes

  • Therapeutic Pilates Online - Mondays 9am. Therapeutic Pilates blends traditional Pilates with Movement Therapy principles to help you notice, sense, and feel proper form and technique. This class is a great opportunity to check in with Mandee, get personalized feedback, and practice movements tailored to how your body feels that day—especially your 'homework' from 1:1 sessions. Classes are customized based on who attends and are open to all levels, with options for both modifications and challenges.

  • Online Yoga - Tuesdays 8am. This alignment-based yoga class focuses on the details of each pose, blending yoga with Pilates and strength exercises to build the flexibility and strength needed for healthy biomechanics. We’ll also occasionally dive into teachings from the Yoga Sutras.

  • Online Reformer - Sundays 8:30am. Join me on your reformer as we move and strengthen together! We'll focus on intermediate-level exercises with plenty of customizations based on who’s in class, guided by my signature detailed cueing and inspired by your 1:1 homework.
Can’t make it live? No problem—replays are available for one week, so you can catch the class on your own time.

Infant Cranial Sacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on technique that helps release tension in a baby’s body—supporting digestion, sleep, nervous system regulation, and overall comfort, especially after birth. What sets my approach apart is that I combine cranial sacral therapy with myofascial stretches to help the body unwind more fully and allow the CST to be even more effective. I also teach you, the parent, how to use these calming techniques at home—empowering you to support your baby’s comfort, build confidence, and strengthen your connection to support healthy development in those early months.
