Hey there,

Many of you know that nutrition is really important to me, and things really shifted for me and my health when I opened my mind to new information. Even though I always THOUGHT I was eating healthy, there are just so many individual factors that go into fueling ourselves that my mind has been and continues to be blown with how we can customize our nutrition to feel amazing and meet our goals.

GUESS WHAT:

I'm collaborating with a Nutritionist to bring you a Pilates + Nutrition Challenge that will be fun, spark motivation and give you tools/resources for both movement and fuel. It's four weeks in April--here are the details and you can register below!

Each week in April, you'll have a challenge in both Nutrition & Pilates. You'll login to the Reset through my website and see your Nutrition goal and Pilates video to complete. Then, you'll check it off your tracker with a satisfying checkmark, and feel good about yourself, make positive change and build habits! The challenge includes two 30 minutes group check in Zoom calls with Maria and I, bonus recipes, and plus, you can submit any questions that come up along the way! The check in calls will be recorded if you can't make the times.

Do you think you already eat healthy and there's not much left to learn? I did too. This challenge will show you how small changes can create visible results and make you feel GREAT. It's all about the nuances, just like with Pilates. Or maybe you know you've got work to do, and this is for you too. Wherever you're starting from, I know you'll feel a difference. The Spring Reset: Fuel & Move Challenge

April 6 – May 1

A 4-week guided reset designed to help you build strength through Pilates while supporting your body with simple, sustainable nutrition habits.

Each week, you’ll focus on two clear goals:Fuel: one nutrition habit to support energy, recovery, and strength • Move: one Pilates video to build strength, stability, and confidence in your body

You’ll also receive bonus recipes from a VC Nutritionist to make fueling yourself easier and more practical. Everything will be accessible once logged in under your Active Packages and you'll have access to the material through June!
