HOW TO CANCEL A CLASS or a session

Hey there! Life happens and sometimes you’ve got to cancel your class or session. No worries- you can do that all on your own, as long as it’s within the 24 hour cancellation period! Keep in mind that for private sessions, it’s super tough on a small business when you cancel a Monday appointment late Friday or over the weekend even if you do end up meeting the 24 hour cancellation policy. Read on for instructions!

Option One: Login at the website and click on your circle icon (your initial or photo in a circle- see my circle photo below on the right). Then, simply click cancel on the right of your booking! Or, for more info, click view details for your zoom link etc.

Option Two: Go to your confirmation email, and click ‘cancel reservation’ at the bottom of it.
