How to Get the Most out of your Santosha Movement Society Membership

Of course I want you to show up in the Santosha Movement Society membership in the way that works best for YOU. You're all doing amazing! And here are my top tips for getting the most out of it!

Mandee Instructs a Mat Pilates with Props Class

  • Participate in the three-parts of the blended approach. Combine private sessions with classes and videos, as each one supports a different part of the learning process and improves results!

  • Check your recap notes after each private session. This is a shared google document where I keep track of what we did at each session so you don't have to rely on your memory. I write down ah-hah moments, key words that help you remember how to make improvements, and link the videos that I'm recommending especially for you based on our session. You can click directly on the video links from this doc!

  • Stay in Touch. Email me when questions or issues come up, especially if it’s been a while since your last private session, and speak up during class with anything you notice coming up. The more you communicate, the more support I can offer, and the more I can tailor classes & videos to what you need. It’s all about customization!

  • Come to the Chit Chat on the Mat or submit a question ahead of time if you can't make it. The Chit Chat is like monthly office hours where we do a little movement together based on the monthly theme and then open up for questions. This is such a good opportunity to get support from me, and it's free to members! Day/time will vary each month, find the upcoming chit chat schedule in your member email on the 1st of every month.

  • Spread the Word & Supports Santosha: Write a google review and share my work with a friend! Google reviews are a simple but powerful way to support my work. I receive kind messages all the time about how Santosha has impacted you, but it’s been a while since new reviews have come in. If you have a moment, sharing a few words about your experience helps more than you know and truly supports the growth of this work. Write a quick review here!

I always see the fastest and most success with students who truly do the 3 parts of the blended approach and stay in consistent communication with me. Getting at least two parts in each week is great! That way you're consistently learning, practicing, and reinforcing good movement patterns consistently for longer-lasting results. How did you get your Santosha movement in this week?
